Refund policy for our products and sales
Within 30 days of purchase please submit your refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure you will be happy with any purchase you make from us. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are dissatisfied with our software please submit your refund request via email to email@example.com. Submitting your license, Customer or Invoice ID with your request will help to expedite the process.
If you have changed your mind about purchasing our software, you can take advantage of our 30-day refund policy. This 30-day period will begin on the day you purchase and download the software. Please note however, that to be eligible for this refund, you must not have used the software at all since your purchase.
While you may request a refund at any time, we retain the right to reject that request for said refund based on the following reasons. If you have successfully downloaded, installed, and used the product, if the 30-day grace period in which you can request a refund has past, or if you have failed to abide by the terms laid out in our terms of service agreement, you may be denied your request for a refund.
If you would like to go forward and request a refund, please do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, be sure to provide your full name, phone number, email address, home address, and any other details pertaining to the order itself. If you meet the designated refund requirements, you will receive your refund, in full, for the price you paid at the time of your purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be returned to you via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. As a condition of your accepted refunded, you must delete our software from your device immediately.
Activation of license key or data uploaded to your account. No refund will be issued if the license key has been activated or if any data from a device has been uploaded to an online account.
Free Trial and Subscription based products
You will be billed the agreed-upon monthly subscription rate until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription please notify us via email at email@example.com. Be sure to provide your username so we may locate your transaction quickly. Your cancellation will be effective within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your email and all future billings will terminate.
Refunds for Free Trials and Subscription based products
You may request a refund by submitting an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of your email our refunds department will process your refund and all further billings will stop. No refund will be due if you do not cancel your free trial before the end of the free trial period. No refund will be issued after a billing period has been billed.
We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase and employ a technical staff that is here to assist with whatever issues you may have using our software. We encourage you to contact our staff for support as we will not grant refunds for reasons such as, misunderstanding the use of the software, the software is being used on an unsupported device, you changed your mind, technical difficulties that can be solved by our support team and reasons similar. A refund will, however be granted if our support team is unable to resolve any issue you may have with the functionality of our software that is being used on a compatible device provided that you contacted our support team about the issue within 30 days of the date of purchase.
